PLAN AND ZONE COMMISSION MEETING
TOWN OF LA GRANGE
The regular monthly meeting of the Plan and Zone Commission of the Town of LaGrange will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2008. The meeting will be held at the LaGrange Town Hall at 7:30 PM.
The Agenda will include:
- Approval of the agenda
- Approval of minutes from last month
- S&R Egg Farm, Tamarack Road, with respect to the Livestock facility siting rule, Dave Hill
- Creating a MODEL developer’s agreement for developers to use
- Approval of Condominium declarations for Russ Keske, Farmington Estates
- Approval of Developer’s Agreement for Russ Keske, Farmington Estates
- CSM approval request for Thomas and Kristie Santi, W5198 Bluff Road
- Rezone request for Guardian Pipeline at W7209 Highway 12 for 20 acres from Parkland zoning to A-2
Note: The Plan Commission may take action on any agenda item.
A majority of Town Board members may attend this meeting but no formal Board action will be taken at this time.
