Plan and Zone
NOTICE
TOWN OF LA GRANGE
The regular monthly meeting of the Plan and Zone Commission of the Town of LaGrange will be held on Tuesday, March 2, 2010. The meeting will be held at the LaGrange Town hall at 7:30 PM.
The Agenda will include:
- Approval of the agenda
- Approval of minutes from last month
- Request for approval to amend an existing conditional use permit for Rock Road companies, Inc., at tax keys: HLG2000001, HLG 200007, and HLG 200008 to include the ability to crush recycled asphalt and concrete, also to store additional materials to be used and/or stored for use in operations (topsoil, spoil, concrete, asphalt, pit transfer sand, gravel and limestone).
- Request for approval for a variance to for 5’ to add a screen room on a portion of the existing deck at W5193 Sterlingworth Drive
Note: The Plan Commission may take action on any agenda item.
A majority of Town Board members may attend this meeting but no formal Board action will be taken at this time.

NOTICE OF REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING:
NOTICE is given that the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of the Town of LaGrange will be Monday, March 8, 2010 at the LaGrange Town Hall at 7:30 PM.
The Agenda will include:
- Approval of Minutes of last month’s meeting
- Treasurer Report
- Approval of Agenda
- Committee Reports, if any from:
a. Buildings and Highways
b. Safety
c. Lake Management Districts' Reports
d. Finance & Personnel
i. Discussion and possible action regarding the results of performance reviews
e. Information committee
- Planning and Zoning Commission
a. - Request for approval for a Temporary Class “B” license for Badgerland Striders for May 8, 2009 at the Nordic Ski and Hiking Trail Shelter
- Request for approval for Mike Baker—annual slalom permit
- Request for approval to repair and improve the current condition of the piers in front of the Lauderdale Landing
- Recommendation of a new member to the Plan and Zoning commission
- Recommendation regarding staying with Walworth county Zoning
- Approval of bills properly submitted for payment
Please note the Town Board may take action on any agenda item.
The LaGrange Town Hall is located at the intersection of County Trunk H and Territorial Road in the Town.
