NOTICE OF REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING:
NOTICE is given that the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of the Town of LaGrange will be Monday, October 14, 2002 at the LaGrange Town Hall at 7:30 PM.
The Agenda will include:
1.- Approval of Minutes of last month’s meeting.
2.- Treasurer Report
3.- Approval of Agenda.
4.- Committee Reports, if any from:
a. Buildings and Highways
b. Safety
c. Lake Management Districts' Reports and:
d. Administration & Personnel:
e. Communications.
5.- Plan and Zone Commission
a.
- Certified Survey Map for division into 2 lots, N9103 Duffin Road for Alvin and Sue Larson.
b.- Certified Survey Map for division into 2 lots along Hwy 12 & 67, for Mann Bros., Elkhorn
c.- Certified Survey Map for division into 2 lots, W5908 Territorial Road, Marietta Voss.
d.- Certified Survey Map for division into 2 lots, N7361 Cty Road O, David Papcke.
e.- Zoning variance from Exclusive Ag property to C-2, Greening Road, Mark Bromley/Bromley Woodland Trust.
6.- Discussion of who is authorized to sign checks and who is authorized to use David Heilmeier's signature stamp.
7.- Discussion/Approval of Delavan Club Pier.
8.- Discussion of Boat Launch Bids
9.- Appointment of new member to the Safety Committee
10.- Approval for bids on a sign for Pleasant Lake Park
11.- Discussion and Action designating where town road ends on Oak Park Road.
12.- Approval of buying a new patrol boat for next season and putting out bids for such boat.
13.- Approval of bills properly submitted for payment.
Please note, the Town Board may take action on any agenda item.
The LaGrange Town Hall is located at the intersection of County Trunk H and Territorial Roads.
It is expected that the Board will move into closed session immediately following the regular meeting. The purpose of the closed meeting is to:
Consider dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any public employee or the investigation of such charges against such person, or consider taking formal action on any such matter re: the law enforcement services department; and/or the hiring of personnel for the department and/or the town, to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of employees of the Town of LaGrange pursuant to SS 19.85 (1)( c );
Consider financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, specific personnel problems which may have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to, pursuant to SS 19.85 (1) (f)re: the law enforcement services department and/or the Town of LaGrange;
Confer with council who is rendering advice concerning further strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which the town has been or is likely to be involved pursuant to SS 19.85 (1) (g).
At the end of the closed meeting the Town Board will then reconvene into open session pursuant to SS 19.85 (2), to make decisions regarding matters considered in closed session.
